Returns Policy

  • We understand that you may wish to return our products for various reasons.Returns will only be accepted if you notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of delivery. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. If our products are not faulty or damaged, you may be charged a fee when returning your item to us. When we have received your products, we will inspect them and refund you accordingly.
  • Please ensure that you check our products upon delivery. If any goods are delivered damaged, please ensure you notify the delivery driver and sign the delivery sheet to reflect that your product was damaged.
  • Please ensure that you report any damaged or defective products by email ASAP and we will review the issues and either replace the defective/ damaged part or exchange the product in full at our discretion. We may ask for photographic evidence to verify any damage/ defects or problems with the products.
